  AUTHOR: MAHAMA B3 KO ------- *** ---I wonder why Mahama, Amissah-Arthur, KOKU ANYIDOHO, Asiedu Nketia, Agalga, Inusah, Iddrisu, Limuna, Allotey, etc, etc are not responding and have not responded to any of the lectures the intelligent and brilliant Economist, Alhaji Dr. Bawumia has been giving over the past 8 years and now displaying such mindless drivel. The latest lecture of Alhaji Dr. Mahammadu was titled " The State of the Ghanaian Economy, A Foundation of Straw or Concrete" where the incompetence, ineptness and corruption of Mahama and his NDC looters were exposed very, very horribly. This is what all these characters must respond to, not the silliness that toddlers will not even engage in. And if they cannot which is the case, one does not understand why Mahama is so desperate about his dwindling fortunes at the polls. The NPP led by Akufo Addo and M. Bawumia have the mandate of Ghanaians to lead this country to address the foundation of straw laid as a consequence of incompetence, mismanagement, looting and thievery, corruption and a profound and astounding lack of any vision

  Ghana is a poor country and cannot afford to do everything free for the people without placing certain requirement for the beneficiaries.
  Even in the advanced and rich countries,the social intervention goes specifically to the very poor and the the needy but not a wholesale freebies.People who benefit from govt social intervention must prove their source of revenue first.They must satisfy certain requirement,it must be clear that they don't have the means,financial power or support from anywhere.It's a big mistake for any govt to cover everybody without finding out if the beneficiaries have the means or not.For example,why should govt give allowance to a traning nurse whose parents can bear the cost?
  Why should govt pay school fees for children whose parents have the Financial muscles?Why should govt pay for medical care to patients who have the ability to pay on their own?It doesn't make any sense to provide wholesales freebies to everybody without certain requirement.Thank you.

  I was surprised to read from the chairman of Ghana Nurses Association that, he and his executive members will march to the Flastaff House to give thanks to the President for his U turn to restore their alowances.This stooge of the NDC has been blinded by his pay masters to see what Nana Akuffo Addo in his capacity of a creditable opposition party leader who has all these while pressurised the President to restor the allowances to the Nurses, by announcing that the NPP was going to restore it to them when he comes to power, which has forced him to make the U turn.If the Nurses have any thanksfullness, they should say thank you to NPP and Nana Akuffo Addo with their tumbs on 7st December 2016 at the polling day.
