I really don't know how to describe "this factory". It looks so awful. I doubt if this will qualify as "a production (food) plant in a 4th world. No wonder you guys are having problems realizing a joint partner.
  Is that the sort of factories you see when you guys go travelling the world? I'm overly shocked. And its been commissioned by a whole President. This is a joke.
