This end of service benefit has existed in the 70's. Though the gold thing looks absurd. It has nothing to do with current government. Let's clear the air.

What is the crime for buying gold watches for deserving staff who have worked all their life's to bring the bank to this level. Don't government institutions award deserving retiring staff every time. We see it on TV. So why can't the bank defend it's actions? Is it because it is a gold watch or the amount involved? The banks PR is bogus . The retired governor made a lot of sense when he defended this issue than what the PR is doing. They should just shut up. If the order hasn't been made is it going to be withdrawn? Is it the case that the bank is accepting that it has done the wrong thing all these years?
