  Manifestoes are not fetishes to be worshipped if what is in them can 't be implemented. This is unconscious stab in the back of the NPP by their former leader.It would have been better not to make this statement on the NPP platform at their manifesto launch. Had Kuffour forgotten the occasion? NPP had done precisely the very opposite of what Kuffour just said. Their manifesto was kept in the black-room,like the black stool of Akan Kings, no one knows how many sheep and goats were slaughtered while the Holy grail remained in the room. Infact NPP manifesto had become their fetish only lower in stature to Okmfo Anokye's golden stool. And kuffour says what?
