The EC is supposed to furnish all political parties with a copy of the certified voters register about, is it 6 to 8 weeks before the general elections?
The criteria for disqualifying the NDP candidate which the EC explained as a multiple voter on an "exclusion list" of the EC, and therefore endorsing the forms of the NDP candidate had rendered it illegal, will be a major issue of concern in this 2016 elections with an outlook on rigging of the elections by " I deserve a second term Mahama".
That list ie the exclusion list of the EC must be made available to all political parties because we can envisage a situation, where this so-called exclusion list, is going to serve as one of the greatest rigging machineries ever to be devised on the face of the Earth by Mahama working in concert with the EC to illegally appropriate the mandate of Ghanaians in his insistent quest of deserving a second term, when Ghanaians have made it very clear to him, he has failed and must go.
The EC's exclusion list is a potential rigging vehicle, and it must be looked into immediately.
It is a very serious matter that requires all the opposition political parties to seriously examine, and address fully, before December 7th, because the potential of hell breaking loose on that day, because of that so-called EC exclusion list cannot be taken for granted.
Ghana deserves to examine the absolute totality of that exclusion list of the EC, indeed, every conceivable data and metric of that exclusion list of the EC needs to be examined and subjected to rigorous transparency.
Because it does seem the so-called EC exclusion list is beginning to look like the smoking gun and it must be interrogated, NOW!!!.
The disqualification of Konadu Rawlings was contrived and this letter from Attorneys for NDP goes to the very core of the responsibility of the EC to be a reasonable neutral arbiter in the exercising of it's mandate and not to be subjected to the whimsical and capricious jingoistic tendencies of a failed President, who is blatantly scheming with an EC to retain power he has lost.
Once again the EC has shown a tendency towards rigging and bastardizing Ghana's democracy for the parochial interest of a failed President Mahama on the altar of crassness, sycophancy, unreasonableness, lack of transparency and unfairness because he has witnessed in real time, his massive loss and defeat at the polls.
Such whimsicality must not, must never, be made to stand, not now, not ever.

Clearly, he seems to reduce the Electoral Commission to Ms. Osei and thinks he is perhaps smarter than her in the field. But Ms. Osei is not the institution and you don’t write to an institution in this manner. Law is broad and intricate; in fact a minefield.
