  Amissah-Arthur is a very mysterious man. After emerging from his self-imposed hibernation of complete silence, in the context of which he was not able to respond boot-for-boot on Bawumia's convoluted economic analysis, he is suddenly the most talkative and buoyant political operative campaigning tirelessly for his party, the NDC. The only problem is that, since he has been hiding under the rock all this time, his pronouncements either bother on sheer stupidity or reflect unnecessary provocation, or both.
  
  There is always something "oh God" about this guy. And I realized this when I was a student of his in Ghana Economy class back at Legon in the early 1980s.
