It is only criminal if for instance if you try to sign a cheque with a signature other the one you used in opening account. Even then it only becomes suspect since it could have been a mistake. People can use different signatures for different purposes, but definitely not with the intent of using the different signatures to fill the same form.
Ghanaians must learn rather than throw words about anyhow.
