UT appears to be in serious trouble, both financially and administratively.
UT is not helping it's cause by not providing required financial statements. Indeed the AGM was due sometime back, but no information is forthcoming ... read full comment

IMHO, UT has three choices, unless it can pull a rabbit out of the hat!
Merge with another bank, A takeover by another Bank or go under!
