EC asked you to declare your assets, you did fine. If you lied in the asset declaration, it is the security agencies that would investigate to advice EC. In the event it comes out as a lie you are disqualified even a day before the election. If you win and it is determined you lied, you are impeached and prosecuted. So, PPP just replan and come 2020 and try.

To answer your question regarding asset declaration, the relevant PNDC law that required all flagbearers and parliamentary candidates to decalre their assets has been repealed. The current applicable law now applies to only candidates holding public office as at the time of filing nomination. Based on the law, the NPP made it clear Nana would not declare. The charge against Nana Addo in this regard has no merit.

And come to think of it which party platform did Kwesi Nduom stand on to be known in Ghana, if not the NPP? But for President Kuffuor who would have known Kwesi Nduom.
