Whoever ordered the interdiction will rather be interdicted either by his bosses or the law of "KAMA". Because I paid my son's school fees last Tuesday and as an Accountant and Auditor in good standing in Ghana, there is nothing wrong with the charges. In addition to the 998.20, we paid something small for PTA and some items. Therefore what is the interdiction about?. The Kyeremeh Guy should rather interdict the personin charge of the COMPUTER PLACEMENT for removing AKAN qualified names and replacing them with NOTHERN and EWE names. My daughter got SEVEN ones with a raw score of 518, chosed Holy child, was not placed but, notherners with aggregate 15 were placed. God will punish Alex Kyeremeh if he refuses and fail to investigate this and continue with this futile exercise he is embarking upon against the Augusco headmaster.

This Kyeremeh man should direct and expend his energy, if he has some, towards the investigations of the COMPUTER PLACEMENT FRAUD that has been perpetrated on Ghanaians, particularly AKAN NAMES and stop "wizard" hunting the HONEST AUGUSCO HEAD. I can personally vouch for the man, he is honest and has the kind and forbearing nature. See, my daughter had 518 raw score from a less endowed school, SEVEN ones and TWO twos. She chose Holy Child School, Cape, as her first choice but these fraudulent men and women at WAEC and the PLACEMENT CENTER, removed her name and replaced it by their cronies,nepotists and paymasters kids. What is sad and annoying is that these same people sent emissaries around asking for as high as GH5,000.00 to place back those names they have early on removed. I gave a lift to one such parent from Cape to Accra and she confessed to what I am saying. According her, her girl got aggregate 15 but saw people at WAEC and the PLACEMENT CENTER and she was placed at Holy Child. I think we should change back to the old system where the Headmasters and Headmistresses selected the best for theirs schools. Why do you leave such a crucial exercise in the hands of such riffraff s. Indeed, this is what Okujoto Ablokah and the Kyeremeh man together with their minister should concern themselves with and not the INNOCUOUS(harmless)middle adult man, JOSEPH CONNEL. I repeat, he did/has done nothing wrong.

I am rather surprised to hear that the Headmaster of St. Augustine's Senior High School has been interdicted for collecting extra fees. May be there may be other reasons for singling him out but not what weare being told. Why the doubt? Because this practise is going across the whole country and the Ministry will be labelled as incompetent if they can tell me that the action is not being practised in about 99.99% of the schools in Ghana.
I have been reliably told that some parents are paying anything between GHC300.00 to GHC500 for those who have been placed in the school officially and the unofficial ones are paying two thousand in addition to what the regular students are paying. Why do we kid ourselves in this country?
If he is being interdicted for other reasons, I wouldn't mind but for collecting extra school fees it is across board and this shows the incompetence of the Ministry of Education.
Please don't get me wrong I am not endorsing his actions but I am hitting on the double -standard aspect of the punishment.

When PTA decided and agreed to levy ourselves for construction of bore holes appreciated our efforts and disagree with the the excuse that it must be approved by the education service. Am surprised by this decision. This accusations untrue and will not hold. Connell will not ever charge illegal fee at st Augustine college.

These ministers should leave this HONEST MAN alone and use that energy to investigate those in charge of the computer placement. All Akan names which has no God Parents and did also not pay bribe were not placed in the deserved school. These computer placement people after they have removed your name unjustifiably, still had the impudence and temerity to send their emissaries around charging as high as Gh5,000.00. in order to put your name back. I am a victim and has evidence. My daughter got a raw score of 518, seven ones but, was not placed by the so-called computer in Holy Child School, her first choice. Just yesterday, I lifted a northern girl and a guardian from Cape to Accra, who confessed to me that she got aggregate 15 but they saw someone people at WAEC and the placement center and she was placed. THIS IS WHAT KYEREMEH SHOULD INVESTIGATE AND NOT AUGUSCO HEADMASTER. I am ready to supply them with the evidence. Please leave that honest man alone.

But you don't have the money to rehabilitate the school. Bring Senior Connel back or Old Students will halt all millions of cedis of rehabilitation works. Parents who complain should also report to Minister that toilets have broken down and buildings are deterioting and see what the Dep Minister would tell them. If it were not for the generosity of old students and year groups the school would have been closed by now. You have the impudence to sack Connel and see what will happen. Your children will have to rent private hostels to stay healthy. And they have even put up a picture of a block fixed by the generosity of old students. Do you think it is the Ministry or parents who have made the school great again?

Mr Joseph Connel, the headmaster of Augusco is too honest to be scapegoated. The real fraudsters, criminals and thieves are in the computer placement rooms. These men and women from WAEC and the placement center are goaded and encouraged by these same so-called big men to exploit the average and poor Ghanaian. Because the heavyweights benefit and profit from their clandestine, egregious and nefarious activities, the issue of removing names of qualified but poor and Akan, which deserves interdiction are overlooked and grossed over. The people in the so-called computer and placement center room, thereby exploits without accountability. My daughter, from less endowed, obscured and unknown school school, under her own steam, her toil and sweat get seven ones with a raw score of 518 but, these thieves refuses to place her in her first choice school, Holy Child School, but, places someone with aggregate 15,whose sister confesses to me that they had connections at WAEC and the placement center. Minister, investigate this and stop scapegoating this perfectly innocuous, forbearing and level headed Augusco headmaster.
