  This is what happens when thieves rule. They will collect all the taxes from you , increase fuel , electricity and water bills, but the money is never enough to satisfy them. Because most of the money is leaking into their private pockets. They have very little respect for their fool soldiers, because the value of their vote for NDC is GHc 50 and T Shirt and tribalism. Mediocre thinking propounded by Asiedu Nketia, whose wife and children are enjoying in Cananda, whilst he destroys Ghana. Ghanaian voters must don't think further than tribe and 50 GHc.

The government had borrowed massively over their 8yr. rule,and yet have failed to pay contractors,the question is what did they borrowed for? They will leave Ghana administration with their pockets full,while they hung the rest of us with debt load.
