If you build bebt up to 72% of GDP and you have realigned SOEs to contract and service their own debts and that brings government's own debt-GDP ratio to 63% and you call that reduction in debt? Debts contracted by SOEs are still public/government debt.
If SOEs debts are to be discounted from government debt, then why are we Ghanaians paying TOR's debt-recovery levy, ECG-VRA debt-recovery levy, etc?What kind of economic analysis is that? Mahama should come again, and he should give me a break.
Having people with this thinking and propaganda has made us (as a nation) to be where we are today with abject poverty, debt-ridden government/nation, high unemployment rate, high inflation, unstable currency, low GDP growth (even with OIL), high rate of corruption through sole-sourcing, etc.
