Only fools and ignorant people think that the Electoral Commissioner of Ghana, be he/she Mrs. Charlotte Osei can rig our election to favour a particular presidential candidate is a big FOOL who does not understand the control mechanism embedded into the voting process. In fact, having studied our election process very well I have come to the realisation that it is the people of Ghana, the voter population that conducts the elections for the country and not the Chairperson of the EC. The Chairperson only ensures that the rules and regulations are followed.The EC only rubber-stamps the results authenticated by the people themselves. Indeed all the political parties even know of the winner before the EC Chairperson. So whoever thinks the EC could rig the elections to favour a particular candidate is either a fools or crass stupid. We know from the behaviour and the utterances of Rev, Owusu-Benpah that he is an NPP surrogate. If he likes we shall appoint him as the Chairperson of the EC to see whether he can rig the elections as the processes stand in favour of the NPP. He cannot!
