Kokuvie, when you fill in an American Lottery Form or a Visa to go to UK/USA and you make a mistake or did no sign the form and you are disqualified, do you go and ask them why the did not call you to correct the mistakes?. The EC gave them up to 30 September to complete and submit the forms. Those who presented the completed form before the deadline and mistakes were detected were asked to correct them before the date. If you presented your forms 30 minutes before the deadline and after that date mistakes were found forms were automatically rejected. This is what happened in Dr. Ndoum's case. Dr. Ndoum had many so called scholars in his party who should have scrutinised the form before submitting it; where were those scholars at that time.
