There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States, Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

God will surely not strike dead the EC boss. Only an ignorant person, and for that, a fake man of God will think the EC boss can make someone win our election irrespective of how the votes go. In the contrary, the EC boss, though the returning officer in the presidential election, is the last person to receive the election result.
Ballots are counted only at the polling stations - the EC boss does not do this. These results are certified by the EC's polling agent and the various agents of the parties and copies given to all of them. What follows is collating and compilation to obtain the various totals (for the parliamentary and presidential results).
With copies of the certified polling station results, any party can do their own parallel compilations to ensure the EC figures are correct.
As the certified polling station results reach the EC boss, she will have to do her own compilation too. Once the parties' reps raise no credible objection against the final EC figures, she will then declare the results accordingly. The Almighty God will not strike her at all but rather, like the good people of Ghana, empower the winner of the presidential election as the ruler He Himself has chosen for Ghana.

These so called men of God should be regulated and not allowed to make such public proclamations as the indirect result of this will be unnecessary blood shed and chaos in a rather peaceful and loving country.
