  I hope Allotey Jacobs, John Dumelo and the NDC get to know this disturbing issue affecting Central Region, their so called strong hold. It is shameful to have such a figure as 60 cerebral palsy births in a year in only one region of a country. This shows how literate and well informed the poor citizens are, it is a real shame.

  We need a scientific analysis. What are they exposed to? Why the increase? What is needed to reduce this? Education? Training? Financial assistance?
