  Just imagine the father has to declare his asserts anywhere. Many incuding the politicians use names of their kids to hid their stolen wealth.
  I guess, this pyrams are a scam let alone investment for children.

  The way these things are done is to divide creditors into categories such government, staff payroll and savers and then use the law to identify which group gets paid first. For the savers if there isn't enough funds to go round what the liquidator needs do is pay everyone a fixed percentage.
  For instance if there's $30 left for the savers and the total amount owed the savers is a $100. The liquidator can declare a 30% repayment for each depositor. This makes the whole process transparent and everyone will know how much they will get.
  The current system is arbitrary and lacks transparency and logic

  The so-called liquidator is acting like a sham protector of DKM. The fact that the liquidator has not even given the victims the option to reject the offers given them and sue DKM to liquidate every single asset it has both home and abroad to pay them is suspicious. More, the refund payment of less than 1% of the amounts many invested in DKM is not only adding insults to injuries but a plain out coercive fraud.
  
  The liquidator, in this case, has erred grossly and is only misrepresenting the Law to protect DKM limit its liabilities. It is most shameful.
  
  The behaviors of DKM and the liquidator are the reason why many of our old folks long refused to save in the bank. During the time of our old folks, there was a certain mistrust of the Bank which began with the advent of our subjugating Colonial Power. Our ancestors in those days would rather hide their monies in pots and bottles under some perceived identifiable locations, like under some buttresses of huge trees or below some Palm trees. Others would secure their own safes in the house or hide them under the mattresses. Those weren't without their risks, either. But as weird and primitive as some of these early methods of saving monies were, it is the deep mistrust of the Government and its Banking system that led the folks to do so.
  
  Now, in this day and age of so-called modern Civilization, we still do not have enough assurances to keep deposits of customers safe in the Banks. And our Judicial System does not seem to have either the trust or the legal diligence to mete due Justice to the victims of such fraud.
  
  That discourages many from saving with these new financial Institutions, especially, the Micro-Finance outfits.
  
  I remember the 'Susu' Collectors of old had similar fraudulent trait associated with them which made many folks stay away from them. But the concept could do much better to help the poor, should the Government care enough to strengthen the safeguards for the customers.

  That still doesn't explain the Ghc 10.00 and Ghc20.00 dished out to creditors. I would have preferred an explanation to that as well. District assembly etc., Were they also paid 10ghc?

  10 gh or 20gh as liquidators in bolga explains is the account opening money. The third list will soon be published with investment made.
