A government who does not set priorities. Developing to please and canvassing for votes. Not disrespecting the Volta region, does the region needs runway, for what?

So if elections were not going take place in December Ho would not see the Aiport with no Terminal, Departure and arrival halls. Do we call only a runway an Airport? What was Mahama doing the past 7 years that he could not provide Ho the "Run way Airport" until election time? What will Ho get when elections are over? And jobs for the boys and girls? Oooh!! I forgot, we are the "World Bank."
