Is the VP's campaign message to spread fear of change? Sometimes I sympathise with Mahama. The President is having to fight on two fronts- responding to both Nana Addo and Bawumia. As the head of the government's economic management team, Amissah Arthur should be leading the charge on the policy debates, telling us NDC's policies and exposing the NPP's policies. Instead he is going around with fearmongering gibberish!
