Listen to the Ostrich trying to preach to some people who did not known him before he came to power. Respect? What is respect to JJ when he came to power? The disrespect you sowed in Ghana had germinated and its ripe fruit is being consumed by all and sundry.

Look, the days when soldiers are seen as saviors, is gone with the wind. Rawlings usurped power and try vainly to bury our democratic dispensation but lo and behold, we have reignited it and dare any soldier to try to subvert it.

Our soldiers are part of the numerous problems facing us. They used coups to destroy the little gains we made. Soldiers are there to protect the nation from foreign invasion and not to usurp power and stay on till ..... Rome wasn't built in a day and gradually, we could have done better but our soldiers interventions keep eroding all the gains. They saw coups as a way to instant richness. Look at JJ? Some of us saw him now and then and can testify that he was a prime example of those who benefitted from unrelenting coups. When he came to power for the first time, he look like a Fulani herdsman who hadn't eaten for days but look at him today. He weighs more than 350 pounds and that tells you the benefit of a useless coup.

Rawlings should spare us his usual ranting and return the money he took from Abacha. Foolish man.

JJ Rawlings seized power and LIED to Ghanaians under the pretence of PROBITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY, a test and yardstick he will fail miserably himself everyday today.
He is now clamouring respect for elders - did he give the same respect to the elders he killed? JJ Rawlings is a CONMAN and just misused the prevailing situation to amass wealth.
As if that wasn't enough, he has IMPOSED on Ghanaians a group of incompetents, thieves and corrupt individuals functioning as a "political party" continuing under JJ Rawlings lies to kill Ghanaians with their non-performance but stealing spree for their personal enrichment like JJ Rawlings did.

It is very interesting to hear Chairman JJ Rawlings bemoaning about none respect of Elders in the country. He has forgotten that it was he and his despotic comrades including this same Adjei Boadi who turned the country upside down by destroying the agelong discipline bequeathed to us by our parents that youths should respect our Elders? But because of lack of proper parental and school discipline he instilled in the them during their bogus revolution era these youths are all adults now and their lack of respect of Elders is haunting them today.
