If officials are not involved then why not seek the need permits and get the criminals through their detail used to register their sims and arrest them. They know the benefit the get from it hence won't act. I hope the know God is watching and the wealth they amassed through dubious means can't buy them heaven ticker.

May God have mercy on us as we cherish evil as good. We claim our nation Ghana as a christian nation by name but our life style does not testify as such. There is no way you can acquire a SIM card without registration and guarantors in Nigeria. That information is deposited with National Security who have the right to activate their GPS to locate criminals. The telecoms have no right of nondisclosure. This is one of the centre means of fighting kidnapping and 419 in the country. The issue at stake in Ghana would not take Nigerian intelligence more than 24 hours to arrest the culprits. National interest should supercede any other considerations.

When waec try to say that the fraudsters to to internet cafe's to correct the information of the candidate is not true, because some of the fraudsters have been calling me for a long time and i am (IT) guy, so when you get registered at the cafe's You send yours FORMS Bank to finish the registration, so how come do they "Fraudster" to know every information about you? The problem is those doing this is from their office because sometime when you interview them and looking at how things work is mysterious.
