  Baako you know the blame lies, it is IEA that is shooting itself in the foot. The situation today is the outcome of partisanship.

  Nana Addo doesn't have the capacity to elaborate his own policies.In 2012 when he was questioned by a BBC journalist on how much his popular free shs will cost,Nana Addo couldn't answer correctly.His inability to give the journalist a straight forward answer caused his downfall.I'm sure he would not like to make such a mistake again at any debate Platform.
  Now that NPP has launched their manifesto for 2016 general élections,the most popular Policy proposal is the "one-district one factory".According to Nana Addo,the factories will create jobs for the unemployed youth.Now,Nana Addo says he is not going to give out détails of how he is going to do it.I'm tempted to say that he doesn't even know how that project is going to cost the state.Apparently,he is incapacitated to mention the number of jobs in the NPP manifesto.
  When you come to fiscal reforms,NPP has promised to reduce taxes but they have failed to tell us the exact amount the State will loss in revenue collection.Then it comes to the budget deficit,we don't know what they are going to do.Finally,we have the $24 billion debt to pay,we have not heard NPP will pay that.Mind you,we cannot enjoy HIPIC funds again and all the donor countries have decided to withdraw funding our budget.Also,commodity prices in the world market is not favouring us combined with energy crisis.
  Ghana has signed 3 years bailout deal with IMF in 2014 to support the home grown economic Policy of which NPP opposes.What are they going to do with IMF if they win?
  The Economic Outlook Analysis for 2017 to 2020 projects that GDP will hit 5.8% by the end of 2016 to 8.7% because there are new oilfields which have started production and prices are expected to go up and slow down again in 2021 to GDP 5.6%.I wonder why Bawumia and NPP are not interested in the bright economic Outlook analysis but strictly depend on the past economic indications of 2001 to 2016 only.Ofcourse,it's for NDC to tell their own success story in terms of energy security and economic performance.I think the NDC strategy of campaigning on infrastructure only to win election is wrong.They must get into intellectual debate by presenting the bright Economic Outlook Analysis for 2017 to 2021.If NDC continues populist campaign they will be defeated in the forthcoming elections.Remember,Kwame Nkrumah built better infrastructure and developed Ghana faster than Prez Mahama but still he was ousted by the Armed Forces supported by civilians in 1966.Only for Kwame Nkrumah to regret later by saying that he didn't know that Ghanaians wanted milk more than Akosombo and Tema else he could have let it flow.Thank you.
