(1) EC HAS DISQUILIFIED THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES IN FAVOUR OF MAHAMA, THEY WILL PUT EFFORT TO RIG TO MAKE IT ONE TOUCH, EC PREVENTING PPP AND OTHERS FROM CAUSING ELECTION TO GO FOR SECOND ROUND (2) EC IS PLANNING TO PRINT PINK SHEET IN GHANA SO THAT NDC COULD PRINT ANOTHER COPY WHICH THEY WILL USE TO RIG THE ELECTION (3) EC IS TESTING THE MINDS OF GHANAIANS TO ALLOW UNSIGNED PINK SHEET TO BE ACCEPTED SO THAT NDC CAN PLAY THEIR MISCHIEF (4) ON THE 7TH, NDC WILL FILL THEIR OWN PINK SHEET AND SUBMIT TO COLIATION CENTRE. EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT SIGNED EC HAS SAID THEY WILL BE VALID SO GHANAIANS SHOULD WATCH THE MOVES OF ELECTORAL COMMISSION BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE ELECTORAL PROCESS CAREFULLY. THERE ARE SOME DIRECTORS IN EC PLANNING WITH NDC TO FIND WAYS TO RIG THE ELECTIONS. THEY SELECTED A WOMAN FOR EC BOSS SO THAT THEY PUSH THE EC BOSS TO ACCEPT THEIR DUBIOUS WAYS. Nduom must not contest the Elections, if the Courts rule against him. If he acts contrary to the Courts' decisions, he could set off a huge Public uproar that would disrupt our Democracy.

Nduom must not contest the Elections, if the Courts rule against him. If he acts contrary to the Courts' decisions, he could set off a huge Public uproar that would disrupt our Democracy.

People who intend to use our Democracy to advance their goals must as well abide by the rules that govern the System. No one can convince us that he or she believes, and wishes to rule, in a Democratic System but would not follow rule of Law. Even if an affecting Law is unconstitutional, it still has to be proven in the Court with the rule of Law.

No one can set himself or herself above the Law, picking and choosing which Law should apply to him or her, and which would not, while all others are supposed to live, and be ruled, by all the Laws.

What I take away from the disqualification of Nduom's PPP and others in similar trouble, is that they took our most sacred democratic tenet for granted. Elections are the hallmark of every true Democracy. So, if any Party flaunts the Laws that establish it, after having long accepted them, only because of its parochial selfish ends, that Party must be banned, and its leaders charged for rejecting our Democracy.
