The uncivilized tendency to insult and vilify those who do not endorse the current ways of doing things must stop! Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments should not be changed for light or transient causes. But when a government decides to put aside our values and superintend over corruption and ineptitude, it is the right, it is the duty of the people to throw off such government in 2016 elections.

Your clueless and divisive flagbearer is going round making ridiculous political promises in a desperate quest to become the President of Ghana when he cannot even manage his political party (the NPP) well, after inheriting it as a once united one from his predecessor (ex-President J. A. Kufuor). The bigger question is: where in the world have you seen or heard of this ridiculous "1-village 1-dam" project? It's possible to be a pioneer in doing something new, but it must be a realistic and feasible one; not a 'panic-reaction' or desperate one. And do you people mean dams or dug-outs? Let's be realistic, is this feasible, taking into consideration the drainage nature of most of these villages. Some do not simply have rivers, streams, etc to be dammed. Discerning Ghanaians can distinguish between realistic promises and desperate, ridiculous ones. If it's just empty promises, then we shouldn't be taken aback if we hear of other politicians also promising to implement ridiculous campaign promises such as "1-village 1-airport project"! After all talk is cheap.

Continue to buy tomatoes from Burkina Faso. This is some of the reasons most Ghanaians abroad feel reluctant to return home. Ghanaians stand to the ocean and vote Mahama and NDC out for proper development.
