If the old cedis was kept and exchanged them for the new cedis, then, there will not be any money to be used by other individuals. Here is my problem with NDC and Mr Amissah Arthur. The fact that you could not do what npp is saying they can do does not mean they cant achieve it. NPP is capitalising on what you could not do to say they can. Though it may be difficult, they NPP is saying they are competent than NDC. That is the difference .between the two parties. While NDC think is impossible, NPP think is possible.
Already NDC is defeated . 1 million dollars per constituency policy by NPP is possible but NDC says is impossible. Bawumia says the money is within the country - the government but NDC can't see it. He said with proper management the money will come because is in Woyome. Sada and financial mismanagement that are sitting on the money. I think is it clear to anyone who has not even done economics from legion to understand. Evidence is stealing is clear, hardship in the country is clear, collapsing of business are clear to see, unemployment of our youth are clear to see and arrogance on the part of government NDC communicators are clear to see every day.

Now NDC is going to descend and expose Bawumia for what? It will backfire because Bawumia is fare ahead and had destroyed NDC on incompetent , mismanagement and financial stealing. This is deep seated in the minds of Ghanaians . To attack him as "mutum bansa" is only attacking his personality and not his policies . What NDC should do is highlite on NDC achievements rather than attacking nana Addo kalypo or bawumia because it won't sell.
NPP is telling Ghanaians the true picture of the economy etc.
Look it is now that the slow pace Vice President Amissah is moving to tertiary institutions to give economic talks. Bawumia started long time ago and won the heart of many students and even in training colleges. Do you remember he was even prevented to use some of these colleges auditorium by the government? Some he spoke the truth to students on the park? Some free gari was shared to students in order to stop them to listen to Bawumia? Now what has made the Vice President Amissah Arthur to do the same thing Bawumia was prevented to do? Hmmm NDC , they will go this time because electorates have made up their minds already and it is too late for them.

Please, place this phrase beside your own 'artistic impression' we see in your manifesto about projects you are yet to commence. The Ndc promised one time premium payment for the NHIS, in 2008.
