2. Risk Assessment for the particular task resulting in the accident
3. Daily inspection report prior to the accident
4. Tool box meeting or Pep talk topic treated befor ...

5. Back ground check on the personnel engaged in the said task before the accident
6.Emergency response procedure
7. Emergency contact list of the plant
8.The management personnel responsible for safety and welfare.
etc.
This is an avoidable accident if all the mentioned above are available and are up to their tasks.
CLOSE DOWN SENTUO IMMEDIATELY AND CALL FOR THE ABOVE.
REST IN PEACE; POOR WORKMAN.

Am not surprise at all if Sentuo Ghana doesn't have an Ambulance ...Cox that company doesn't think of Ghanaians workers over there since that company started operating in 2010.

Our Inspectorate directorates in coma and Safety culture is so poor.

Finally, let wait and see how much compensation will be paid to the victims and the deceased. It is always peanut!
