If the old cedis was kept and exchanged them for the new cedis, then, there will not be any money to be used by other individuals. Which means there would have been zero balance at the Bank Of Ghana liquid assets reserves. Foolish idiot

This assault and onslaught of unbridled and unrepentant thievery and looting by John Mahama and his NDC family and friends looting brigade at some point earned John Dramani Mahama the singular honour and reckless distinction as the only Ghana head of state ever, in the history of this country to overtake Nigeria, in the rankings of the corrupt, on the continent of Africa.
