If the old cedis was kept and exchanged them for the new cedis, then, there will not be any money to be used by other individuals. Which means there would have been zero balance at the Bank Of Ghana liquid assets reserves. Foolish idiot

They are hoping against hope to continue their mediocre rule at the expense of the ordinary Ghanaian who is wallowing in hunger and being overtaxed.
