There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States, Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

NPP using year 2000 election campaign strategy which seems to be working very well for NPP again.
The 2000 election was when NPP came mentioning "trillions' in Ghana politics for the first time. Deceiving Ghanaians that the then JJ Rawlings gov't blew up Ghana's money in trillions. Ghanaians were shocked and so voted out the NDC gov't, but NPP lost power 8yrs later when most Ghanaians came to know the TRUTH that they were TRICKED with lies.
Today, 2016 election, NPP is on the same trick deceiving Ghanaians that the John Mahama NDC gov't has blown billions of dollars on nothing.
In order for NPP not to be accused on the trillion allegations NPP was FAST to redenominate the Cedi by dropping 4-zeros to read lesser. So for example 1,000,000,000 will be 100,000 (1 billion is now hundred thousand). They now call this figure Ghana Cedis.

Look how sloppy the Blackboard margins are! Black paint seems smeared all over. And the walls look very dirty as well.

If the environment that our Children and their Teachers stay in every day for hours on end are unhealthy and dirty, it depletes any enthusiasm for studying hard or staying longer in the Classrooms. Now, the Teachers have to sleep in that shoddy classrooms?

Such scenes reflect how shabbily our Administrators do their work, and I am not surprised the Schools have not had as much financial assistance that they need. The Heads of these Institutions have to show such need in high academic achievement of their students and good maintenance of the School facilities.

These Schools have to be stringently audited to see how well their funds are used to provide for the real needs of the Schools. It is no fictional tale to hear that Bursars in the old system of Secondary Schools could have imparted their skill of corrupt misappropriation of School funds to some among the current generation of financial Management outfits of the High Schools of today.
