  The decision is a big blow to the machinations of the NDC electoral thieves and their stooge at the EC, Madam Charlotte Alata, who has been made to understand wrongly that the word "independent" EC means that she is above the law and can do anything she wants as far as elections are concerned, regardless of fair play and dictates of the basic rules in our constitution.

  Ayariga must know the PPP and Nduom's victory in court does not necessarily allows him Ayariga off the hook. His is seriously flawed and ensnared because he put on paper that he has a doctorate degree from non-existent university from Spain that in all certainty is a scam operated by azaa Africans in the diaspora. It is a 419 degree that you can get in a little less than a week. So cry your own cry Ayariga. This victory is not for you. You are guilty of fraud.

  The court has endorsed and blessed corruption in Ghana. Forging signatures and appearing in two different districts cannot be mere errors but FRAUD. This is why the court system in Ghana is corrupt and moribund.
