The court's decision is likely to send shivering waves down the spine of the NDC for the simple fact the majority of the parties disqualified fish from the same political pond as the NDC the left of centre or what I term Nkrumacrats. A vote for any of them was likely a vote away from the NDC. So to say the EC trimming down the presidential candidates to only four was designed to boost the chances of the NDC. Now no more. Mahama must be tossing and turning at night in his bed. His chances of retaining power just got slimmer. Now watch how his honchos would fetch up their insults on all perceived enemies. Insult is their only policy in this election cycle. Them they be keke. Just warming their seats. Visionless Akronfuo!

It is all about Shortlisting. I mean SHORTLISTING from one level to another. From the EC's level or point of view to the Electorate (voters) point of view. So what is the Court telling is today. They should not create chaos in the country.

Once you fail the first leg of exam or interview procedures you are not allowed to continue or no chance is given to you again.....The court is one of the many human institutions just like the Electoral Commission with their strength and weaknesses. So let's be warned, they are not always right. They erred and erred and continue to err on many many occasions instituting wrong rules and procedures and putting innocent people in prison over the years.

Simple logic, common sense, common sense is wisdom given by God the almighty!!!!
