One would hope all the remaining cases would now be bundled together for quick resolution. They can all only go one way - and one way only. Justice for Ghanaians, and a big disgrace to disgraceful Charlotte Osei and her independence!

Atsu the dim wit. There is a law on the books. If it was enforced , it would will limited the likes of Akua donor from contesting the election. Charlotte Osei and the EC failed to enforce that law. She and her team thought they were more intelligent than all Ghanaians. If she can not run the EC with the wisdom and humility it deserves then she should resign. With all the promise that greeted her appointment, she has been doing a "C" grade performance.
She must eat crow and consolidate all the law suits and give applicants time to correct their errors. And let's live for another day. All these court cases are unnecessary distractions from the main goal of executing the Drcember 7 poll.

The court's decision is likely to send shivering waves down the spine of the NDC for the simple fact the majority of the parties disqualified fish from the same political pond as the NDC the left of centre or what I term Nkrumacrats. A vote for any of them was likely a vote away from the NDC. So to say the EC trimming down the presidential candidates to only four was designed to boost the chances of the NDC. Now no more. Mahama must be tossing and turning at night in his bed. His chances of retaining power just got slimmer. Now watch how his honchos would fetch up their insults on all perceived enemies.
