The decision is a big blow to the machinations of the NDC electoral thieves and their stooge at the EC, Madam Charlotte Alata, who has been made to understand wrongly that the word "independent" EC means that she is above the law and can do anything she wants as far as elections are concerned, regardless of fair play and dictates of the basic rules in our constitution.

The court's decision is likely to send shivering waves down the spine of the NDC for the simple fact the majority of the parties disqualified fish from the same political pond as the NDC the left of centre or what I term Nkrumacrats. A vote for any of them was likely a vote away from the NDC. So to say the EC trimming down the presidential candidates to only four was designed to boost the chances of the NDC. Now no more. Mahama must be tossing and turning at night in his bed. His chances of retaining power just got slimmer. Now watch how his honchos would fetch up their insults on all perceived enemies. Insult is their only policy in this election cycle. Them they be keke. Just warming their seats. Visionless Akronfuo!

John Mahama in his diabolic quest to win an election he has lost sought to consolidate his dwindling fortunes all across Ghana by employing Charlotte Osei as proxy, to achieve that end.
It is backfiring all over the place and the EC 's credibility and that of Charlotte Osei is at it's worst ever in the history of democratic governance in this country.
This is what you get when a failed President losing an election and decides to obstinately go against the express wishes of the masses who decide who leads them in a democracy, and not some people sitting in a room.
Anybody with a little bit of basic commonsense could see the action taken by the EC was outrageously flawed and that pedestrian, tired retort that it was independent was not a license for crass impunity and irresponsibility and utter nonsense-ness.
