This is the reason why the men find it difficult to understand haar intentions. A Good leader is the one who can foresee danger, chaos or calamity and try to forestall it.

Interestingly all EC's interpretations go in line with NDC's thinking.

The EC's credibility is still on hold pending the up coming elections.Afari Djan boasted more than you [Eric Dzakpatsu] but what did we see? Over voting, falsification of election figures, inflation of election figures, unsigned pink sheets accepted by EC, voting without verification as against Afari Djan's pre election boastful declaration of 'no verification, no vote' and finally the loser was declared the winner, leading to the historic and landmark election petition and it's attendant embarrassment to Afari Djan and the economic mismanagement mess that we find our dear Ghana now. My son who is in JSS may as well be appointed, interpret the law wrongly and get the courts to give him the right interpretation and then he collects his pay.

But has she proven by her output so far, the sterling academic qualification and job experience she has? If she has failed to perform it is because, she is being dictated to on a day to day basis.
If one allows his office or position to be compromised, for some people in transient privileged positions, to gain unfair advantage over opponents, the results will be disastrous. This is what we may be seeing in the EC boss. But how does a whole state institution boss, puts herself in a way, to take instructions from a political party general secretary? I dare say this because, Asiedu Nketiah recent statement about the Ndc avowed intention to go campaign in Togo in November, for the impending elections, is a mute point. He gave the game away. It was exactly the reason the Ndc campaigned so vigorously against compiling a new Voters Register for the 2016 elections. The EC boss on her part, used every trick in the books, remained adamant and ensured that she danced to the tune played by the piper. So after all, Dr. Bawumia's was right in pointing to Togolese names in the Ghana Electoral Roll. The EC boss must do a lot now to get back on tract and ensure fairness to all contestants in the elections. It is a duty to God and country.

A decision by a Court does not vilify Respondents. It is as the E.C has stated another interpretation of the Law. Most judgements are partisan hence decisions could be 5:4.

The Law is not like a statue, it is dynamic and lawyers, Judges could lean on one side. It is not a shame to lose a case.

A case that is lost at a lower court could be won at an Appeal Court. The E.C will not appeal because they did what they interpreted in Law as admissible. We have to congratulate Dr Ndoum for using the Judiciary to advantage.

In my opinion the E.C. did not err. If endorsements were actual forgeries, could they have looked another way?

Judges do set free murderers on technicalities. The Police cannot be mocked in these instances.
