NDC has now painfully accepted the fact that Ghanaians want them out of their lives for good. And their only hope of clinging to power now is the Alata woman they planted at the EC to manipulate and rig the elections for them. In fact, they are hoping against hope to continue their mediocre rule at the expense of the ordinary Ghanaians who are wallowing in hunger and overtaxed.

The Volta region too is no longer the 'World Bank' and stronghold of the NDC con-men. After snatching the party from Rawlings and his wife by the 'babies with sharp teeth', and ignoring the developmental needs of the Volta region and its people, the people of the region now feel betrayed and have joined their brothers and sisters in the other parts of the country to reject the NDC party.

I, therefore, advise Mr. Mahama and his 'babies with sharp teeth' to make the Gonjaland their world bank and the stronghold of the party instead of the Volta region if they can.

Togbe Afede claims that there is hardship and dissatisfaction leading to massive exodus of our youth abroad and to life under xenophobia abroad, when one could have stayed here in Ghana. Is is anything new? Even under Kuffours NPP there were such massive exodus, perhaps more massive than today. Those who can remember and know it should cast their minds back to the wild promise NPP made to even shoeshine boys that they willbe employed as policemen,customs officers and immigration officers. Remember the queues under NPP to register for jobs that never came. As a result of the disappointment, such hawkers, shoeshine boys were scrimped and saved and many trekked the desert journey and Mediterranean sea journey and died on the way. There was a whole boatload of Africans that capsized and about 300 Africans drowned; those who know about this incident know that the majority were Ghanaians , specifically from Brong Ahafo, from such villages/towns as Chirapatre. I know all this because I handled quite a great quantity of documents of Ghanaians immigrating during the NPP days and I had contact to those hustlers but today it is negligible. So, what is Togbe talking about?

Togbe , can you remember you telling the whole world that Kofi Annan international peace conference center was to be located in the volta region and when the ndc lost power to npp , the project was immediately moved to Accra. Togbe , you complained bitterly. What has now changed about this people. Togbe, do you also have short memory. We have not seen any positive change at Accra hearts of oaks. People are calling for your head. Have you not heard? God makes kings. When Moses was leading the Israelites to the promise land though God was with them they went through difficulties, diseases,deaths etc .The people complained and were bitter and wished they. had not left Egypt.
