How could she misinterprete the EC's independence as "no court can tell me what to do"?Remember, courts interprete laws and if the EC goes contrary to the law, courts can tell her what to do. How can a real lawyer fail to know this? It seems the EC is doing the bidding of the NDC but that's dangerous!

1.Assuming that you tender for a Government project and the date of opening of the tenders sumbited the Tender Board and Tender Board found out that some of the tenders submitted have errors in the tender documents after opening them
The question then is can any of the person(s) who tenders those documents go to Court and say I made mistakes in my tender documents therefore the Court should reverse or stop the Tenders.

Or if one goes to sit for examination thereafter submitted his or examination papers to the examiners for marking and the examiner later found errors in any of the candidates papers and the candidates are informed about the errors therefore he or she has failed the exam
Does it mean that any of candidates can go to the Court and ask the Examination Board to give his or examination papers for him or her to make the corrections in the examination papers.

For me the judgment in favour of Pa Kwesi Ndoum do not make any sense to me at all.

I disagree with you pal on this example. There is no law in the country that allows for correction of errors in examinations or tenders. In this instance however, there is a law that categorically allow correction of errors to made as far as election nomination forms are concerned. I share your concern on the criminality aspect. My problem is the law is aware of the consequences of errors but still decided to make provision for corrections which I think should be revised to indicate the specific type of error that can lead to the disqualification of a candidate.

For example, if you're sitting exam to qualify to university and you failed certain subjects, would the examiner allowed you to correct your mistake during the process of examination? The judicial is making concert!!!! That's why Anas is checking on them. In my opinion, PPP and others must wait for next academic years (4yrs) to re-applying as a candidate. Electoral commissioner is not stupid she knows the rules. As I said my simple English makes sense.

Why then ask Charlotte to go and learn from a person whom the NPP claims is incompetent? Your NPP, the PPP and APC always make noise about your wealth a slew of lawyers, yet you guys could not properly execute your election forms by simply using your wealth to have lawyers assist you in executing those forms. You can lay blame on Charlotte for your lax or lack of understanding in properly executing those forms.
