  Privatizing the ECG in Ghana will not automatically lead to reduction in cost to the consumer.The ECG enjoys a complete monopoly status in the supply of elecricity to ghanaians ans at the moment does whatever it likes.The com ...

  Privatizing the ECG in Ghana will not automatically lead to reduction in cost to the consumer.The ECG enjoys a complete monopoly status in the supply of elecricity to ghanaians ans at the moment does whatever it likes.The company is starved of cash and the only way it can generate some now is to increase prices.Not all privatizations lead to cheaper sevices.Privatization of the railways in the UK has led to steep rises in rail fares.Rail fares in the UK are the highest in europe.

  This is nonsense, where on this does a company incur losses because of incompetence and the consumers are made to pay for it.
  Nobody is going to brace up for any tarrif increment. Enough of this nonsense.

  Why cannot you retrieve your money from the government nd the big companies to run the power but rather wants the ordinary ppl to pay more you know the hardships the ppl going through thats we care for you government
