There was near pandemonium and confusion at the Annual Global African Investment Forum held in Westminster, Central London after a heated exchange between Ghana’s President John Mahama and former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo degenerated into open insults.This was due to General Obasanjo openly accusing the Ghanaian president and his government of blackmailing and collecting bribes from Nigerian businessmen in Ghana, buying numerous properties in Nigeria and South Africa and financially contributing 12 million dollars to Goodluck Jonathan’s campaign last year. This infuriated President Mahama who lost his temper and pointing his finger, called General Obasanjo an ” idiot” and a “silly buffoon”.It took other ministers present as well as Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to calm tempers and usher President Mahama to a nearby room. The forum, which takes place from 1st to 3rd December is attended by African Heads of States, Ministers, Private equity firms and investors to discuss opportunities for investment and development in African Economies.

I don't like Daily Guide but I read their news which is a normal thing to do,you have to always know what your opponents are writing about you,we are in a civilized and democratic world and must do things as such.

The major reason for that action is basically bcos the pro NDC media have made themselves into monolithic subject matter media houses n keep harping mostly stale n listless issues on mostly NDC politics alone n nothing else n this has largely made them less attractive n non competitive in listener appeal across the various demographic structure....
What the NDC should do is to resource their pro media houses through training to be more professional in their delivery n in crafting of all inclusive cutting edge programs to meet all needs 24/7....they refocus its content on developing sharp all embracing stuff for all listener ship. that is how businesses could also buy into their goal n vision by buying ads in their media space...it must cut down on the useless interment programs n do something better..
Radio n TV gold for instance is the worse culprit as its programming is nothing to write home particularly its attitude towards news gathering n dissemination is practically slothful...bcos..news of whatever subject is very critical n is the heartbeat of every media house and so any such entity that treats news gathering n dessimination in a sloppy manner pays dearly for it....well I do not know what actually is the goal or motivation for its setting up but whatever it is news is still critical in the survival of such establishments...u snub it at ya own peril..
