She thinks the other people at the commission are beneath her and doesn't have to confer with anybody.
It's either her way as impressed on her by Iohn Mahama or the highway. And that has created the situation where the EC as an institution has lost focus, totally discredited, and limping into the 2016 elections.

It's the reason why the NDC has managed to win most elections in Ghana since 1992. The NDC founded by Rawlings wrote in the constitution for our electoral commissioners to be appointed by the president only and for the appointed boss to become a lifetime chairperson. This is not right! Ghanaians and parliament should look into this matter and make the right ammendment. All bogus person holding high and sensitive positions at EC should be removed or retired. Ghana needs absolute change and new thinking and leadership.
