Believe me; transparency and access to information is the enemy of the NDC electoral thieves. In fact, I believe the fee is going to be very huge so that they can successful disqualify and keep away as many journalists as they want.

But if the Journalists already have accreditation to practice their trade everywhere, then the EC would be very wrong to demand any such second and special accreditation to cover the Elections. I hope this is not a ploy to suppress access to cases arising out of the Elections.

The Citizens must be informed and informed correctly on all that transpires at the Elections. What the EC could do to cut the fluff and reduce dangerous misleading speculations by unscrupulous, partisan Journalists is cautioning them to report accurately and not wildly guess or trump up stories to sell their services. That could arouse chaos.
