  MY HEART BLEEDS FOR GHANA.THE NEWS COMING OUT OF THE PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL IN ACCRA IS WORRYING AND CHILLING TO THE BONE. AUTHORITIES CANNOT PROVIDE LOGISTICS NEEDED TO CARE FOR INMATES AND YET WE SEE POLITICIANS SPENDING LAVISHLY ON BILLBOARDS,RALLIES,VOTE BUYING, ETC, ETC.
  SO WHAT IS PRESIDENT MAHAMA AND HIS MANY ADVISORS TELLING US? THERE IS NO MONEY FOR OUR MENTALLY CHALLENGED BROTHERS AND SISTERS AND YET CHIEFS ARE GETTING VEHICLES AS GIFTS FROM MAHAMA. THE NURSES ARE WORKING UNDER SERIOUS RISKS FROM THE INMATES YET MEDICINES, COMMON HAND GLOVES, DETERGENTS ETC,ETC ARE IN SHORT SUPPLY? SHAME ONTO EVERYONE WHOSE ACTIONS OR NON-ACTIONS HAVE BROUGHT ABOUT THIS SITUATION.

  The nurses have their salaries paid by the state so they must return to work. The director of the hospital must make sure that he got medicine, clothing and food for the inmates or he should resign.
