Contrary to the norm, the EC Boss received nomination forms from NDUOM without giving the latter a copy. By the judgement of the High Court it means that the EC must hand-over all the four copies of Nduom to the PPP to make amendments and that is where the Nigerian turned Ghanaian will be exposed for her fraudulent disqualification of a full blooded Ghanaian like Nduon. That is why she is trying to seek refuge at the Supreme Court.
