I don't understand why the president, Mahama says he is unaware of the psychiatric nurses problems and for that matter their strick action. The question is who is to inform him? The minister for health or the leaders in charge of the hospital? I now understand why most Ghanaians are branding NDC government us incompetent. Why did the minister didn't inform the president? What about minister for employment? Is he not aware of the warnings the nurses gave to the government? There are two issues that comes to my mind:
1. Either the present is not telling Ghanaians the truth or
2. He the president and his ministers are taking the nurses for granted or
3. They are demonstrating their brand name as incompetent.

As a Ghanaian I read it on ghana web long ago that after all persuasions have failed, the psychiatric nurses said they will embark on strick. If the president himself have said he is not aware then he and his ministers are incompetent and especially the minister for health and employment ministers must be sacked period.

I have trust in president Mahama but he is working with wrong and incompetent and arrogant people. That is what is causing his down fall. It is too late and even disgraceful to go and meet the needs of the poor nurses.

I wish his ministers can listen to and watch themselves after talking . The tone, body language and know it all attitude are some of their weaknesses. There are some that have to defend any issue that comes no matter the truth that might be put out there by others.
Amailiba, Ofosu kwakye, omane Boama and Kwaku Anyidaho are typical examples. Ei Original Fiifi Kwatemah and Sam George are included. If NDC looses, the president should take them into account. This is my opinion you may disagree with me but I think majority of Ghanaians will side with me.
