This is what we want from our elder statesmen: good advice.

What will it profit Ghana to leave out a worker who has gained the necessary experience and is now in the position to be more productive? Why would we do that and bring in a new person who will have to learn all over before he can be effective on the job.

The period needed to learn on a new job is called the LEARNING PERIOD (learning curve) before one can be effective on a new job.

If we don't return Mahama, it means we are going to be in an 8-year learning period (i.e. 4 for Mahama and 4 for Greenstreet). Why would we do this to ourselves?
