  It is an agenda to shroud the process in opacity to facilitate blatant and wanton abuse and rigging of the process.
  If the security agencies do not have to pay to ensure security then journalists the 4th realm of the estate tasked with monitoring and ensuring transparency and openness in the democratization process do not, we repeat, do not have to pay for any accreditation to report on the elections.
  This is how dictatorships is birthed by political misfits keen on perpetuating nonsense-ness in a democracy.
