  AFRICANS HAVE NOT LEARNED FROM THEIR PAST MISTAKES. WE STEAL MONEY FROM NATIONAL TREASURIES TO DEPOSIT INTO FOREIGN BANKS, INVEST IN OTHER COUNTRIES. WHY DIDN'T MAHAMA INVEST THE DUBAI HOTEL MILLIONS IN GHANA?
