  in my opinion the fault is all coming from why is it necessary to set up a new form of mental health authority in the face is just adding another tier of a govt heath system all that could be done is to improve the current mental health in the system and just set up individual psych wards all across the various hospitals across ghana and let the psych nurses be posted all across in stead of wasting the limited resources to set up a new board and a new authority which will never be properly implemented and if it is it will not be sustainable only the top people on the board are going to benefit

  in my opinion this mental health authority is just a waste of another govt time it just wont work rather the psych hospitals could have been overhauled and conditions improved and in addition set up psych wards in every hospital in the country and employ all the psych nurses the only people who will benefit from this mess is the mental health authority board which in my opinion should be dissolved and the respective members send back to the wards to work rather
