  I agree with the Dr. We seems to talk too much and do little to promote science and technology, many Ghanaians have done a lot, but gov't is not doing enough to promote them. We prefer foreign ideas , goods and services. Even the JSS student knows that irrigation can increase our agricultural out. But how serious is our govts taking this policy serious.
