EXPERTS RECKON ONLY $7 BILLION HAD BEEN USED, WHEN THEY DO QUANTITIES ON NDC SO CALLED PROJECTS, SO WHERE IS THE 33 BILLION US DOLLARS??? ---- TODAY, WE NEED SIX TIMES OUR OIL REVENUE JUST TO SERVICE THE INTEREST. Well i will not blame the NDC but rather some teacher trainees and the Nursing trainees. You see, We are in the system and know what is happening in it.. The withdrawal of the trainee teachers/nurses allowances is a disaster and nothing good to boast of. The question where the withdrawn allowances been diverted to? cant be answered.. Government has not put up even a urinary pit in any of the 38 public colleges of education. When you go to the colleges of education across the country those existing facilities are the same ones no additional by the government. So why the withdrawal of the allowance? Come to talk about the increase in the enrollment,government deceived the country public by enrolling unqualified applicants to the colleges of educations in the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 academic years respectively. The requirements which used to be from A1 to C6 has been drop to A1 to E8 and even F9 recently by the NDC government to mean there is increase in enrollment. The above are facts on the grounds and can be verified in the various colleges of education. I am a level 300 student in a college and the withdrawal of the allowance is making us suffer..
