  i agree! they should stop promoting corruption. PPP actions is criminal one because using different signature for one purpose is a crime and can't treated as error !

My small business law I read as an accountant tells me that in a criminal case u have to establish intention and act, mensrea and actusrea I guess the spellings are correct

  i guess ndoum as the leader have responsibility to check the form and approve it to be submitted. if the one who sign the form is the cause of PPP been disqualified, and ndoum have nothing to do about the crime, why then ndoum went to court ? he approve it thats why he said its an error! he intentionally approve it knowing very well the consequence! if your employee sign illegal contract and the company been sued, who take the responsibility? the company or the employee?
